         Attitude is a very popular word among teenagers ,they all assumes ,it is all about the swag they carry and how they dress. But infact Attitude is all about how you deal with life ,and its aspects .
         And self confidence is one of the most important pillar of a positive attitude.
        A confident person can make possible almost anything ,no matter what other think or how disturbing circumstances are .
        But its a cruel trueth is   that a major part of youth lacks self confidence and self believe.
In a number of research it is concluded that ,self confidence plays a crucial role in building your career, so I am listing some of psychological way to increase self esteem.

1.Do what you love ,and take time to appreciate your achievement


It is proven fact that ,what you think about yourself matters most for a good self esteem. And if you are doing what you love you you will be passionate about it and will learn something daily,  ultimately it will make your mind full of positive thinking about your self.
       And i am sure no matter whoever you are ,whatever you do you are achieving more than you think.



2.spent some time on your hobbies ,and devlop it.


If you dont know, let me tell you an amazing thing many MNC like google and amazon push their employees to follow their hobbies  afterward ,yeh you are right it devlops your work performance and generates a positive mindset.
        A possibility is if you reached a higher level you can make it your profession too! Who knows.


3.Be a Frontline commando


No i am not saying you to start a war or be a real life commando but a front line person. You can be a person who starts first or a person who sits on first row . Its my personal experience  it helps a lot in building a great attitude.



4.Fake it till you make it!


Our mind works like a virtual machine more thought you feed  more it makes it possible ,thats what law of attraction states .
          So if you bbehaves like you have already achieved more easy it becomes to do ,hence increases your self esteem .



5.Dress smart,and stay fit


In research it is found that Dressing smart makes you perfectly comfortable and ,more comfortable you became more confident you look.
       And staying fit is a old theory You already know isn't it?



6.Devlop your Body Language


I am sure you definitely knows about shows like mentalist and mind readers ,believe me they actually exist . So how they actually do that? Simple by noticing your body language . Infact our mind can understand body language in background even we dont know . So ,your confident posture can ultimately make you more confident person in the room. 
       And congrats! Yeh you are a mentalist too.



7.Focus on small term goals


Working on a long term target is great, but it cant make you feel positive day ,ofcourse not all day are same . So devide it into smaller goals and work on it,
It will increase the chance of finishing it perfectly ,resulting in a higher confidence.



8. Start your day with Self  affermation


Self affirmation are like ,appreciation we give to ourself ,so its one of the most easy and amazing way to make you more confident .
